In therapeutic conversations, it often happens that the client adjusts his answers or predicts which answer would be most appropriate. The author was looking for a technique that would allow obtaining objective answers in the psychological analysis of people without verbal communication and in a more creative way. It was first presented at seminars in 1991 in Russia and has spread to other parts of the world to this day. The method was created on the basis of her research on how to more accurately express the inner state of an individual. The author of the method is Tanzilija Polujahtova, a pedagogue, clinical psychologist and family therapist who comes from Russia. The fractal drawing method is one of the therapeutic methods of helping with art. It follows that the world is fractal, the human body is also fractal, as are our brains, each of our cells, and also our soul. When we delve into fractals, we realize that Mother Nature is one of the most precise and miraculous creators of fractals and that the structure of our universe is fractal. The founder of fractal geometry is the mathematician Benoit Mandelbrot, who wrote the book Fractal Geometry of Nature, in which he described examples of fractals in nature, from the intertwining of veins in the human body to the geometric shapes of plants, animals, lightning paths in the sky. The most beautiful examples of fractals in nature are ferns, ammonites, and certain trees and shrubs, as well as snowflakes, clouds, mountain ranges, lightning strikes, and so on. Many objects in nature do not consist of simple geometric shapes (rectangles, triangles) but of fractals. Fractals can be magnified infinitely, with each new magnification showing some details that were not visible before the magnification, and the amount of newly discovered detail is always about the same. The basic property of fractals is self-similarity, which means that each smaller part is exactly the same in shape as any larger part, as well as the entire object. A fractal is a fragmented geometric shape ( fractus in Latin means broken into pieces), which can be divided into parts, each of which is (at least approximately) a reduced copy of the original.
